Each of my classes is designed to help you look and FEEL like your best self. My classes will leave you rejuvenated, energized, lighter & happier.

THE AM REBOUNDER

This low-impact cardio class is a game changer. The rebounder is 2x more effective for cardio and fat burning than running – and it’s WAY more fun! Spike your heart rate and release the stress of the day in this energizing cardio class.

THE AM YOGILATES

This class is Briana’s #1 favorite. It’s a blend of yoga and pilates style exercises. This is a bodyweight class (always optional to add your weights) and focuses on lengthening and strengthening the body.

THE AM SCULPT

This class is Briana’s take on pilates. We use 1-2lb ankle/wrist weights to sculpt and tone long lean muscles. We’ll change it up between full body, upper body, legs, booty, abs, chair series and more!

THE AM RELEASE THE DAY

This gentle series is all about releasing the stress and tension of the day. This is a restorative flow that targets all those problem areas (specifically the computer posture!). This is a perfect series at the end of your work day to just let it all GO!
